  6. This is something new and I have never heard of meditation pyramids before.

    But I am willing to try anything that helps me to focus better. My mind is so busy it is hard to think of my breathing for more than a few minutes at a time. I wonder if it is just the shape of the pyramid that is important, or is it also the materials from which it is made that help the process along.

For me, just meditating has aided in mental healing. I guess it sort of slows me down calms me, made me happier! At this point for me, I don’t think I need a pyramid, I am just beginning to understand how meditation focuses and helps me.

    That is not to say that I may want a pyramid down the road. The variety of materials and sizes is a nice touch, especially since not everyone has the space for a full-sized setup. I am kind of do it your selfer and I did see in the article that there are DIY kits available. But I’m intrigued by the alignment with magnetic north, I am assuming that means facing due north when you are sitting under it?

    Definitely something to think about down the road, when I get more comfortable with my meditation. Then, I could try one out and see if it deepens my meditation practice. Thanks for shedding light on this!

The Egyptians and other cultures had very specific reasons for building Pyramids.  It would be a great experiment to use these with two identical plants- one with and one without to see how they grow.  I am open minded to these types of devices.
